This policy applies only to the websites, their contents, tools, sections, forms and applications (to the exclusion of any other site, software or application) and takes into account the requirements held by the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (C.Q.L.R., chapter P-39.1), and any other applicable laws.

This policy covers all the information collected by Société Logique, the owner of the sites.

The security of your data and personal information is very important to us. However, we cannot fully guarantee the security of such data and information since they are transmitted over the Internet. We are however committed to doing everything within our power to ensure the confidentiality and security of such data and information, whether it be through the training of our staff, our choice of qualified external suppliers, the regular updating of our platforms or the regular automatic backup of stored data.

We may ask or collect information on the project(s) for which you use or intend to use the services of Société Logique or Experience 303, or both.

This information is used by Société Logique, its employees, suppliers, contracted service providers and executives to assess the services we can offer you or put at your disposal.

Under no circumstances shall your project information or the identity of the author(s) or stakeholders be disclosed to third parties without obtaining your prior consent. Société Logique cannot be held liable in any way for the content of your projects, their compliance, how you use them or damages that may arise therefrom.

Information we collect automatically:

We may use cookies and other similar technologies to collect information on your interactions with our sites. If you wish for us to delete your personal information from the sites, you can also contact us at info@societelogique.org, and we will honor your request within 30 days at the latest.

If you have provided us with your email address, we may occasionally contact you by email to let you know about our activities and services that may be of interest to you. Providing us with your email address constitutes your consent to receiving such information and communications. If you wish, you may ask us to remove your contact information from our mailing lists by contacting us at info@societelogique.org.

By accepting the terms of this policy under section 2 above, you are expressly consenting to receive any email or commercial electronic message from Société Logique under section 6 (1) a) of An Act to promote the efficiency and adaptability of the Canadian economy by regulating certain activities that discourage reliance on electronic means of carrying out commercial activities, and to amend the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission Act, the Competition Act, the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act and the Telecommunications Act, S.C. 2010, Chapter 23.

The website or websites, and their tools and applications, if any, or third parties may provide hyperlinks to other resources, web pages or websites. When you follow such links, you leave the portal, web page and application of the site or sites. Since Société Logique has no control over those external sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that the information exchanged is no longer subject to this privacy policy. Société Logique accepts no liability with respect to their nature or their privacy protection policy.
